What is CoC Builds?
The Continuum of Care Builds (CoC Builds) program provides funding to create new Permanent Supportive Housing through acquisition, rehabilitation, or new construction projects. The program is designed to increase the supply of housing for people experiencing homelessness and living with disabilities by supporting projects that combine affordable housing with services that promote long-term stability.
ACEH will provide technical assistance to organizations interested in applying for a local project grant.
