This guidebook helps CoCs:

  • Understand Coordinated Entry requirements from HUD

  • Plan and implement a process appropriate to their needs

  • Consider additional elements beyond basic requirements

HUD recommends that CoCs use this guidebook for planning, improving, or checking compliance with updated HUD requirements.

The Anchorage Coalition to End Homelessness is required to establish and operate a Coordinated Entry system as part of the HUD Continuum of Care Program interim rule.
